The ME3616 is a minimum size NB-IoT module that meets both 3GPP R14 and CCSA standards. It measures just 16mm x 18mm and is less than $1 coin. The module has built-in China Mobile’s smallest 2*2mm chip-type eSIM chip, and is embedded with IoT security-related functions, integrating security, reliability and high integration; meeting 3GPP NB-IoT R14 standard, mobile Sex and lower power consumption make it meet the needs of more IoT scenarios; support 450MHz~2100MHz working frequency band, is a true "global frequency" NB-IoT module.

The ME3616 has built-in UDP/CoAP, OMA-LWM2M, MQTT, and TCP/UDP multi-type protocols to support the docking of mainstream cloud platforms in the industry, and completes docking development and joint testing with China Mobile’s oneNET platform. The ME3616 supports WeFOTA air upgrades and is also capable of supporting integrated GNSS positioning technology versions, which can be perfectly applied to smart meters, smart municipalities, smart agriculture, asset tracking, smart home appliances, smart door locks and many other industries.

The ME3616 successfully entered China Mobile, bringing more abundant and flexible NB-IoT products and solutions to users.
